With around 25 years experience in small, medium and large pharma including over15 years in Business Development and Licensing, Will has worked with patent-protected and generic drugs, at all management levels (from lab-bench to board room) and across the whole value chain of the pharma industry. He has held senior positions in drug discovery, research and commercialisation, and has acquired extensive knowledge of the regulatory and legal aspects of on-market products in many regions of the world.

A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and Member of the Institute of Directors, Will is comfortable in taking customer facing roles, especially in Business Development and Licensing activities, but spends most of his time in the unseen roles - working closely with management teams "behind the scenes" to help them generate Multifaceted Value®
